Porridge-lover (coriander-avoider 🙈) here 😀 I eat my spicy-fruity version 99% of the time for breakfast. I also try to eat melons every now and then, but it just doesn't want to work. I still don't like them, I don't know why. Such an interesting topic!

Haha I also have an issue with melons for whatever reason. What makes up the spicy fruity version? Sounds like a nice way to wake up

I make ahead a dry mix with oats, turmeric, cinnamon, gingerbread spice mix, ginger, there's also chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, almonds, raisins and I either make it with oat milk or just hot water. Then I top it with fruits, half a banana, frozen berries (or fresh, if in season), or any seasonal fresh fruits (apple, pear, cherries, strawberries, plums, figs, etc.). And last but not least, roasted cocoa nibs. 😋
